What is Hatch'd?
Hatch’d is a non-profit online magazine & network, celebrating and promoting the creative arts and artists operating throughout Derbyshire. The magazine is run voluntarily by a young and enthusiastic team, including photographers, artists, illustrators, film makers and writers, in their own spare time.
Who's behind Hatch'd?
There's a team of 9 Derby based creatives behind Hatch'd, they are: Holly Booth, Pete Salter, Sam Eynon, Lara Elliott, Katherine Cory, Robert Fairs, Emma Hallam, Tom John and Lauren Spencer.
Who designed the Hatch'd website?
Derby based web & graphic designer Katherine Cory! Check out her website to find out more about her & her work.
How can I get featured, and how much does it cost?
It's completely FREE! Simply send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. You can choose between a Lookbook or Interview feature and we'll discuss this with you after receiving your initial email.
How do I get my event/news published, and how much does it cost?
Again, not a penny! Just drop the Hatch'd team an email on email@example.com with a press release and accompanying image(s). Please make sure you include any relevant links & credits! We'll email you back to confirm when it will be published.
What is the 'Five Minutes With...' feautre about, and how can I get involved?
'Five Minutes With...' is a brand new regular feature on Hatch'd in which we put five quick fire questions to Derbyshire creatives, giving you the lowdown on what they're all about! To take part, simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Where can I buy the magazine?
Hatch'd Magazine, for the moment, is purely an online magazine. We'd love to have a printed magazine in the future, but for the meantime we're sticking to the website!
What's 'Hatch'd Out'?
Hatch'd Out was a free informal networking evening for Derbyshire creatives, which used to take place on the last Thursday of each month at QUAD in Derby. The event was open to creatives of all types and ages. The Hatch'd Out events are not currently taking place but may return in the future.. If you have any questions, please email us on email@example.com
